Worst vet clinic ever. They hold your dog and will not give medical attention until you put a $500 deposit. They won't figure out what is wrong, they just make them comfortable. They will give you medication but won't tell you when and how much to give your sick puppy. They will never call you back. They totally missed what was wrong with my puppy, even though they could of probably seen on all of the x-rays they took of her.nMy poor pup had to get an emergency surgery (at another vet) to remove a sock that was stuck in her small intestine.nThey had her for two days and couldn't figure it out. Now I have a pointless bill.nI repeat do not take you animals here. They are not professional at all. They do not know what they are doing, they are just collecting money from people.

Everyone at this business is very polite and very helpful. Dr. Green is an excellent veterinarian and would recommend her to other pet owners.

Overall everyone I've interacted with was very professional. However, I dislike how the appointments have to be paid for up front. Additionally, I received minimal support on getting the paperwork required for international travel with my pet, and had to do most of the research myself. The only help I received was when I spoke to an actual doctor, but I had multiple conversations with others who were not helpful. This isn't an unusual request and I expected better honestly.

After having my baby hospitalized for two days they were unable to tell me what was wrong with her. They ran X-rays, blood work, the whole nine yards. They sent her home with some medications, didn’t tell me when I need to give them to her or any after care instructions for that matter. My pup got really sick last night and Green Acres After Hours Emergency never called me back. I ended up taking her to Healing Hands late last night and within 30 minutes Dr. Lavallee knew there was something lodged in her small intestine. She ended up having emergency surgery that probably saved her life. I would never recommend bringing your pets to this establishment. You literally pay $850 for ZERO answers and/or reassurances.

Thank you for cremating my best friend. I am not so lost having his ashes back home with me.nCremation was priced well, took almost 2 weeks to get him back, worth the wait!
