White Mortuary and their staff are always very thoughtful and understanding during your time of need. They have handled several services for our family now, including most recently my father’s arrangements. Everything was exactly how I asked.nThank you for your patience and excellent service.

Shawna the receptionist or what not was amazing! I would have loved to work with her for the whole time. Not that the gentleman I worked with was terrible or anything I think he had some other things going on though, and also I'm not sure if he understood how confused I was by the whole process or what my part of it was. The reason I give three stars, is that I don't understand how you can charge $4,000 for a the most basic minimum service, and not have a sound system or a video system that can play a slideshow via email, especially in this day and age. The mind boggles. They had asked us to email or bring something by the day before, because sometimes they have issues, so I had emailed the day before because we are from out of town going to the service and trying to take everything from there, hadn'tgotten a reply back so I showed up the next day with a zip Drive, which they said would work although they prefer to DVD. Again something that doesn't make sense to me in this day and age. Come to find out none of it worked, and I had a bunch of people waiting for a slideshow that never appeared, I am up there flustered in grief, it was just a really terrible experience. During the worst week of my life.
