When I walked into this business I got a wonderful warm greeting. They were extremely helpful to my needs.(my first time) This greeting was from the very helpful staff all the way to the owner. I needed my Flowers delivered by 12:00 that day (at that time it was 11:00). Not only did the owner come from the designing area to help me with my floral ud83cudf39needs she guaranteed me my Flowers be delivered by noon. (it was Mothers day). My Flowersud83cudf39 were delivered before noon. My wife was extremely happy with her Flowers ud83cudf39and I was EXTREMELY happy with FOX FLORAL.ud83cudf39ud83cudf39ud83cudf39ud83cudf39ud83cudf39ud83cudf39nI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.ud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fnTHANK YOU AND STAY HAPPY.
The owner is the sweetest person I have ever met and the store has tons and tons of options top notch florist
I ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s birthday. I told them I wanted a big, full, colorful bouquet and price didn’t matter. I was sent a photo of the bouquet once it was delivered and it was nothing like what I was expecting. It was not big and bright and was in a mid sized glass vase. I then looked at the amount I was charged because they didn’t give me a total when i was ordering them, and they charged me $109.09 for it. I will not be a return customer here!
