This is a long overdue review... Many, many thanks to this wonderful flower shop for the service rendered back in January of this year. I was contacted about the floral arrangements I ordered for a funeral. She shared some changes that were needed for these arrangements and suggested some alternatives. This was difficult, at best, for not only the employee/shop owner, but for me as the customer. When my husband and I arrived at the funeral, it was so very easy to pick out the arrangements... as they were exactly as she indicated they would be. It was a time of sorrow for our son-in-law, his sister, and mother as they and their families mourned the loss of a father/grandfather/husband. Thank you so much for your warmth and genuine care!
Stopped in right before lunch on a Wednesday to get a birthday bouquet. The lady working was just a gem. She was so patient with my indecision. She took.me in the fridges and showed me all of the fresh flowers she had in stock. I told her my budget and which flowers I liked and she put together just the perfect arrangement. I was very pleased and proud to take it to my mother who teaches at the high school. A week later my mom told me the bouquet still looked as good as new and she just loved it. Thank you for awesome customer service!! It was just a very pleasing experience!!
This year I was unable to travel to Buhl to decorate for Memorial Day. I called the shop on Friday and was advised that even though short notice they would be able to accomodate my request for flowers for several graves and have the arrangements ready for delivery the following day. My cousin took photos and I was very pleased with the quality and design. It's wonderful to know that this hometown florist was so ready to help.
