1 star is even generous. My sweet, HEALTHY puppy was taken here for a “simple” (as doctor mentioned) urinary bladder stone surgery. However, she died in their care. I lost my sweet baby girl and they will not give me a solid reason. Never once was death or fatal complications mentioned when discussing with the doctor. PLEASE do not trust everything you are told by this facility, get second or third opinions. My heart is forever broken because of their unreliability. If you love your sweet pet, maybe think twice about this facility.nnSure it was only my experience, but I just want to taken this opportunity to warn and protect your families. I would never wish this heart ache on anybody else, and this clinic seems not to care about what they did to my baby girl.

I’ve gone here for years and have always left happy they are all great Doctors went last weekend for a simple groom with my skin allergy dog and his tail was very scabby and Dr Esplin sent him home with some ointment and he’s been good! Also took two dogs to be neutered and spayed during spay/neuter month and they both did great and have had no issues! I always leave with all my questions answered and know if I have problems they are more then willing to help! Will not go anywhere else when I lived two hours away I still drove the extra time to get them here! Highly recommend!!

Our dog has seen Dr Shawcroft for a year now, and everything from vaccinations to surgery has been a smooth and pleasant experience! Upper Valley always takes awesome care of our dog and have extensive knowledge in animal care. I have also found them to be less expensive than other veterinary clinics in the area. They answer all of our questions and treat our dog like family.

My dog just recently had ACL surgery and I couldn't be happier with this vet. They took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered as well as helping with all of the after care. Recovery was a long process but they always got back to me making sure she was taken care of. The staff is incredibly sweet, kind, & helpful. The Drs. are very professional and knowledgeable . Highly, highly recommend this vet! Best in the valley!

Very professional staff, very accommodating. The vet was very helpful, they made sure my dog was well taken cared of during her exam. Great price as well.
