This place is clean the people are so kind and helpful. So reasonable priced too. If I move here they will be our new vets!
Took good care of my baby Bandit and the walk in process was not as awful as I was expecting. I just moved here but I am definitely making them my main vet
I've had excellent experiences with Dr. TORRES anytime I've come here in the past. I brought my Chihuahua in on Sept 30 between 7 and 8pm, as he was foaming at the mouth and was rapidly getting worse health wise. The front desk person told me they stopped taking walk ins. I said my dog was in a bad way and I needed to see the Vet. The girl came back and told me there was one vet on Duty and that it would cost up to $300 just for the vet to see my dog. I found this to be extortion given there was only one other person waiting in the lobby. I eventually went to the Emergency room at Rainbow and Decatur where by arrival my dog could no longer stand or walk. My wife and I wound up having to put him to sleep, after he was part of our life for 13 years. To the Vet on Duty at Al Norte, you appear to be more interested in making money than saving the lives of Animals. I see you as unprofessional and an uncaring Person.
The staff and docs are great here. However, they are terrible at scheduling. Regardless of showing up at the correct time for my appointments, I always end up waiting at least forty minutes. These guys have been in business long enough to figure out how to get people in and appointed time or at least close to.
My dog got her cherry eye fixed, a tooth removed, dental cleaning, and shots. They did a great job and are super friendly. It did however bother me that I had to keep calling for updates because no one would call me. I dropped her off at 8am for her surgery and they didn't even start until 4pm. Expect a bit of a wait not to bad but they tend to be behind always. Overall they are a great vet at a reasonable price and I will continue to take my pets here.
