I have to agree with the reviewer who cautioned against using this facility if you have to stream the service on internet. Due to Covid-19, only family was invited to in person service of this, my best friend, whom I worked with as a teenager, and roomed with at college. The streamed service was almost inaudible due to the use of the cameras microphone receiving input from multiple speakers in the room. The video presentations on the flat screen TV were TOTALLY inaudible.

Did a terrible job at streaming the service for family members who couldn’t come because of travel restrictions and such. We wanted to do a zoom stream, but they wouldn’t let us. They made us pay for terrible audio and a format without the ability to do anything but watch. Also, it was a headache for my family members to put together a list of emails they required to send the link. All my family needed was the link and we could distribute it to those who wanted it. Do not choose them if you need to stream the service for any reason.

Our family had an outstanding experience with the Flamm brothers. We worked mostly with Hyrum who was extremely professional throughout the entire process. They did a wonderful job preparing our father - who looked just as he did before he passed. They accommodated our every need. Everything was organized and well thought out. I cannot say enough good about them. In a most tender time in our lives they not only took care of everything well but with a quiet compassion. I absolutely love this business. The staff is so amazing at what they do. My baby cousin died a couple of years ago and they had a fuzzy blue coffin available to choose and even though it was a closed casket funeral, Brother Flamm said he made my baby cousin look like an angelnnMy aunt just passed away on friday and they have done a wonderful job with her.
