I called Rexburg floral the day of our 15 year anniversary 8-5-2020 and asked if they could deliver an anniversary bouquet to my wife's office? They said sure and I asked if they had purple and white roses which were the color of my wife's wedding bouquet? We sure do was their response. I said please proceed and Rexburg floral proceeded to create a stunning arrangement and delivered it promptly to my wife’s office. She called to say “wait till you see these flowers they look just like my wedding bouquet”nThank You Rexburg Floral for creating a special arrangement for our special day. We were very impressed.

I am pretty disappointed in the flower arrangement that was delivered to my best friend for her new baby. I ordered a gorgeous arrangement with white lilies, yellow roses, and blue accent pieces to honor her new baby boy. The picture she sent me was very different than the picture I ordered. Honestly, the flowers looked sad and for lack of a better description, low quality. There were no lilies which originally made the whole arrangement come to life.nnNot only that, but I originally wanted to order the flowers for delivery at the hospital on Friday (same day as I was placing the order), but it wouldn’t let me since it was after noon in her time zone, no problem. I decided to deliver them the next day to her home since I knew she would be home Saturday.nnInstead, the flowers were still delivered Friday without my knowledge, but to her house where she wasn’t even going to be for another day. I don’t know if the flowers sat outside all day or if a family member visiting was able to bring them inside, but either way the mix up was annoying. I was happy to have them delivered Friday, but would’ve selected the hospital had I known that would be the day she would get them.nnInstead, they were delivered Friday to the doorstep when she wasn’t even there. After a long labor, I thought this gorgeous arrangement would be the perfect surprise. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the way the arrangement looked as well as the day it was delivered. Wish I could call and say something, but due to different time zones, my schedule doesn’t align with their work hours.

Flexible prices, plenty of options, and helpful staff. They really seem to know their stuff! I am very satisfied with my order!

Very disappointed, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday....they delivered them 2 days early, which ruined the birthday surprise we put together for her. The bouquet was also smaller then the picture showed.
