I'm out of state, planned to attend a funeral for special family friend, but due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to attend so I googled Rustic florist. These guys are simply amazing!!! I ordered flowers online at 8am (shop doesn't open until 9am) and they had a beautiful arrangement delivered to my mom by 11am the same day. From ordering to delivery in less then 3 hours. Thank you so very much for helping brighten my mom's day, even when I can't be there to deliver them myself.
I spoke with Allison, she has a lovely speaking voice.nShe knows how to really work with her customers and her happiness radiates even over the phone. I love talking to her and being assisted with so much passion and connection.

Rustic Floral went above and beyond! Abby was so helpful over the phone when we ordered flowers to be delivered to our daughter who was in the hospital at Madison Memorial in Rexburg. And when she was unexpectedly discharged early, before they could be delivered, they contacted us and made sure they were delivered to her apartment. They even text to make sure everything went well. Super fast, wonderfully friendly, and beautiful flowers!! RUSTIC FLORAL was FANTASTIC!
