The Director was very patient and understanding. He went through all of the options available to me and sat and listened to me. Listening to me in my time of sorrow was something that I needed, and he was there.

I have been familiar with English Funeral home for may years since I grew up in Coeur d'Alene. I now live in Spokane. My parents have their arrangements with them and when my dad died they were so heplful. When my husband got sick 3 years ago with cancer I hadn't thought about making pre-arrangements. So in January when I had to make pre-arrangements I definitely wanted to use English Funeral Home. Heather was so helpful and informative. Very thorough. I would highly recommend them for any of your funeral needs.
