I had a great experience. My order was fraught with issues. The flowers I ordered were not available and a substitute was used. Wow! If this is what substitutes flowers are like I think I only want to have them. The glorious bouquet arrived at the perfect time. My other order was going to be much more due to price difference in another state but Arlenes recommended my call them direct and even gave me their phone number. Thank you. You will be getting all of my flower orders from now on.

I love Arlenes Flowers. She has never disappointed me with the arrangements she delivers. My mother is always so pleased! She goes above and beyond my expectations and always does so with a cheerful voice, even when I call same day for a delivery.
