Personalized service with knowledge and caring smile. Dr. Jennifer Norman has a heart larger than her business, and trust me its huge! Her staff is attentive, friendly, and the attention to detail is second to none. Most of my trips there with pet family members leave with 'happy tail' and great feelings of a well defined path of recovery. Sadly, sometimes life takes its course and when terminal cancer was the destination at the other side of the rainbow bridge, her compassion and understanding was very much appreciative for the last moments with our furry family members. I should have wrote a review long ago when she first took ownership of this established practice, but I have continued my pets health care here and will continue to do so with great confidence.... even if there are a dozen other places closer to my home. The drive is worth the service, care, and compassion.

Dr. Jennifer Norman owns this place now and she is young and fairly fresh out of vet school so is up to date on all the latest techniques. I bring my Exotics and will also bring my dog because she can treat all of them. The staff loves my rats and rabbit and I appreciate that.

I have been using this vet for 15 years and about as many animals. Today I called for an emergency (cat hip displacement) and was told that because they hadn't seen that particular cat before that I would need to have an appointment for a bunch of other stuff before they could see him for the emergency. The veterinarian industry does not really care about helping animals. I used to recommend this place to everyone I knew, but I see the they have fallen victim to ridiculous ideas that drive up the cost of health care for our animals.

I have taken all of my pets here for years and the staff here are phenomenal. I highly recommend this clinic.

They were very sweet to my very timid dog. Reminders for appointments were made by a real person and just an automated reminder. My dog was given treats and pets galore which made him more calm. Small personable vet.
