They spent god knows how much on this brand new facility, with a nice spacious waiting area, so you can wait two hours in your car because its not open. Also you'll be waiting two or more hours because although they built this large medical complex, they did not hire any additional Vets to staff it? However The Vet's they do have on staff are amazing!!! And this post in NO way reflects on them. They would all have 5⭐stars across the board if they were rated separately.

The Idaho Humane Society veterinary care has been phenomenal to work with over the years. I've taken multiple pets to them for emergency care. I know when I come in as a walk-in, I'm going to wait. Its a given. The staff works their very best to care for as many people as they can. I just recently had to take my elderly chihuahua in for an abscess tooth, she had a surgery scheduled with them already for an extraction but she quit eating and her face became swollen. The vet was very informative and great with communicating to me what the plan was. They made room to keep her over night to squeeze her in for emergency surgery when they were able to find the time. Ive always had a great experience working with them for the financial side as well, and when I picked up my baby they were just doting and loving on her. It really makes me feel like my pets are in loving hangs when I'm not there and I am so appreciative of it. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them for any services.

So amazing. Saw me same day to fix up my cat. Did a payment plan and only needed to pay exam cost down. And the procedure was cheaper then any vet ive been to for the same thing. Highly recommend

With covid the wait time and getting in is a nightmare. The customer service was pretty good and their prices are very reasonable. Still worth going to for your vet needs just note you'll need to be patient and plan ahead.

When my cat got a urinary blockage, he went downhill so fast. I was able to get checked in right away and they attended to him very quickly. MUCH cheaper than anywhere I've been to. They were very quick to give me updates on my boy and kept me well informed on costs before they did anything. Very caring staff.nnHIGHLY recommend this place if you're willing to trade time for a cheaper vet. You can be expected to have waiting time more than other places but TOTALLY worth it in my opinion!
