*Stay Details:
We stayed here on our drive down to Arizona. It was my husband, myself and our French bulldog. The hotel allows pets ($75 non-refundable fee was a bit steep just to put her in her kennel overnight), but there's not much of an area for them to go to the bathroom (rock is all I saw, but it was dark). We paid about $190 for one night which was a little steep since we were just sleeping and passing through.
*Essentials:
It's close enough to the highway, has breakfast and gas nearby and had a security guard driving the parking lot, so your vehicle felt safe.
*Arrival:
The check-in process was simple and friendly, and they have a 24hr quick mart where you can buy drinks and some snacks.
*Room:
Their cheapest room option is a King Suite. It was a really nice room! It was a little of a bummer that we were only planning on sleeping and heading out. It was very spacious and modern, had a kitchen (sink, large fridge & freezer, microwave & even a dishwasher!), and most importantly the bed was comfortable! We slept like babies and the sheets were so soft!
Wow, first experience with a Home2.
This place was nice! Staff was amazing and friendly! Beds were super comfy. The room was absolutely huge! Slept 5 of us comfortably with 2 queens and a pullout. Breakfast was great, best of all hotels I've stayed at that are doing grab and go breakfast!
You may see some reviews about car break ins. They now have security patrol on the lot, walking and driving. The area does not feel sketchy at all. We did not get broken into.
Overall 10 out of 5 stars. Wish I could find one of these that slept 5 on my way back home.

The staff was exceptional, most especially the manager, Dakota. We arrived early after a very tiring and emotional night.. He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to check in early. He was very accommodating, kind and professional during our stay. Because of his service and the beautiful rooms, I will stay here every time I'm in Albuquerque.
The staff was very nice and professional. I do not feel this particular Home 2 was a 4 star as advertised. I would rate it a 2 star. The room had old furniture. The mattress not comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy. Music all night in another room. Shower wasn’t the best. Refrigerator not very cold. No ice maker. Only one ice machine in whole building. No happy hour or close place to get an alcoholic beverage. Breakfast not served early enough for early departure guests. For $164 I expected much more. The Home 2 in Joplin MO was awesome
I loved this hotel! Beds and pillows were so comfortable! I loved the sticker of Lysol sealing the door stating that the room had been disinfected. Traveling during the pandemic was not easy, but this did made me feel a little more safe. We didn’t had any breakfast, but we were allowed to grab some cereal and milk before heading to our next destination.
