Delivered through 1800 flowers.com an anniversary bought. Paid for a deluxe got the most basic small size and did not come with the 'happy anniversary' balloon I paid extra for. Pretty disappointing experience.

Horrible! Ordered a sympathy dish garden for $70 dollars, this florist sent a $30 basket full of flowers and greens. No refund, no apology, didn’t want to correct the situation. Lousy customer service. Will be posting on other social media sites for people to be aware.
