I made an order from Texas for my aunt who lives in Scranton. Ordering online was pretty easy and straight forward, I was excited. However, i don’t know man. I don’t think I got exactly what I ordered it seemed way off and sloppy. It looked nothing like what I had seen online, what I had “ordered”. Also for the $70 we spent it was not worth it in my opinion. I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly we were pretty disappointed.
Kathi went above and beyond to make sure our wedding flowers were perfect, surpassing our dreams and expectations.
I've used this florist several times and have always been impressed with the quality of the arrangements and prompt delivery record. This last time I had a problem with the flowers. McCarthy-Remick fixed the problem promptly and with no questions asked. The real measure of a business is how they handle these issues and these guys are 5 star! I highly recommend them!
