Intermountain Pet Hospital Chinden

I was able to get an appointment for the same day, and the service was relatively quick. They said they would give me a packet explaining the issue, the tech said they would email it. Never got either. I’ve been trying to get into contact with the vet that saw my dog for the past couple of days and have heard nothing from anyone. My dog is still having issues that need to be resolved. Very unimpressed with communication.

We were treated very well. Clean, sanitary. Friendly and welcoming staff that addressed all of our pets issues AND more. Really feel very fortunate to have found this Vet. Thank you so very much.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! They truly care about the pets and owners that come in! I am so grateful for the help they give and the affordable prices they make it possible for me to care for my pets without breaking the bank too bad!!!!! Thank you so much Intermountain pet hospital!

Dr Sauer and her assistant were absolutely wonderful with our kitty. They kept our kitty very comfortable and price was reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Called when I got there as instructed and after 5 minutes of waiting I walked in to make sure I was parked in the right spot. Receptionist was very curt and rude with me just for making sure.nnPrices are also outrageous. $69 for an appointment, $66 for a simple smear test for an ear infection. I called Settlers park and they charge $48 for an appointment and said the test is $28. Sadly they were booked out to July.nnEven with the first time discount its so much more than anywhere else you could go. No wonder this is the first place I could find with any openings. They didn't even clean out the ear!!! Said I would need to do it myself. Then what the heck am I paying you all this money for?
