I was in with a foster momma and four kittens and they were wonderful and answered all my questions and kept the cost very reasonable. I was extremely impressed and everyone was so friendly!!!
I took my two dogs to Banfield for bordatella vaccine. This is a simple nasel spray that even a vet tech can administer. They rescheduled my appt 3 times and tried to do it a 4th, but I said no. The vet bill was $145 for two bordatellas. This should have been in the range of $40-50. Will never go back
I can't begin to say enough good things about banfield pet hospital. The staff is absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable. They always great you warmly and help you understand everything there is to know about your dog, cat, or other pet and their health. I will keep purchasing their yearly plans due to the quality and the price point. I can't imagine taking my dog anywhere else and getting half of what I get from banfield. Well done guys and gals you've got a customer for life.
Great customer service and caring doctors. The Banfield pet insurance plan is also a great value.
