Dr. Baxter and team are incredible. They fit me in in spite of a packed schedule and I was not an existing customer. They were informed, patient, kind and thorough. Truly care about the health and wellbeing of my doggy. They have earned our business from here on out. Best vet experience I have ever had.

I left Animals First clinic due to poor customer service and thought I had found a very professional caring veterinarian office. I called at 8 am Monday for an appointment as my dog was in pain answered questions whom ever I spoke with was less than compassionate and was advised to seek care at West Valley. Waited 45 min in the parking lot tech looked at my dog not a life threatening situation told it would be 4hrs to even have my dog evaluated. So disappointed. No follow up call .

I took my newfoundland dog here after multiple bad experiences at another local vet. I could not be happier! The staff here are friendly and helpful. Dr. Baxter is amazing and understanding. Follow up calls the day after an appointment are a nice touch as well. Thank you!

Very kind. Got my sick dog in to be seen at the very end of the day and on a Friday when we were not even previous patients. Very fast and they went above and beyond for us. They even called the following Monday to check up our dog.
