All Valley Pet Clinic at Emerald

my mom’s cat got very ill suddenly, & when she couldn’t get her in to the Cat Doctor immediately I googled veterinary hospitals and they were the 1st on the list. I called and thank God they got us right in. After a thorough exam we were given a strong diagnosis with all options going forward. Sadly baby passed a couple days later in the clinic minutes before the wonderful Dr. was to put her down. They were all so caring and truly amazing, and we didn’t have a built relationship with them.

My puppy was diagnosed with Addison's Disease a month ago. We brought him into the emergency clinic to be treated. With covid guidelines, we weren't given much information due to having to sit in the vehicle the whole time. He will have to be monitored and ongoing treatment his whole life. I chose this vets office, it was the right choice. I was able to go into the clinic and discuss his treatment and other concerns I had with the disease. The whole staff is just amazing. I also had them do an at home euthanasia on my dog back in June. They were great then, and were one of the only places that didn't require it to be done outside. I would recommend this clinic over and over.

Terrible experience. I visited them in April, obtained a correct diagnosis for my dog, thank goodness, and they prescribed a pill. On checking out they did not have the pills and I was leaving the country the next day. I found another vet who reluctantly sold me a months supply even though they hadn't seen my dog. NINE MONTHS LATER ALL VALLEY TRIES TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PILLS THEY DID NOT PROVIDE! This was a day after they wanted to force my 75 yo parents to take my dog into a vet to get a refill, during the height of the covid outbreak. SAVE YOURSELF some trouble and find a different business to support.

This has been our go-to clinic for over 2 years now. In every visit, we're always met with kindness, understanding, and education - which makes caring for 2 senior dogs and 2 juvenile kitties so much easier. We've only seen one mixup out of all our visits, and the problem was resolved with an appointment the very next day! Would recommend for anyone looking for that small-town-feeling veterinarian.
