Always get good service and beautiful flowers.

I was just amazed and appalled by the way I was treated just now after I placed an order for flowers for my Uncle's Memorial Service. As I don't live in PA, I only had an address for delivery and not a phone number - which they said was fine. The order was placed and I thought all was well. I later got a very rude voicemail from a representative of the florist (actually think it was the owner) who said that without a phone number or more information, he just couldn't deliver the flowers. So, I found a phone number of someone who might be able to give him additional information and I called him back. He said - there is no funeral home at that address! I told him that I think it was someone's home and that I had a phone number of someone who might be able to give him more information. He rudely said - You should have given that to me in the first place. I'm not interested in taking your order and hung up the phone. I have never gone on line to provide a review of any business but I felt compelled to do so in this case. I've never been treated so rudely at a place of business before. It sounds like they should retire and leave customer service to businesses who actually know what that means. Very disappointing. By the way, I called their competitor who was very polite and had no problem finding the address (didn't even ask for a phone number)….So there Treasters - you could learn a thing or two from The Barfoot Florist.
