I ordered a corsage for my sons date (their first homecoming). Explained what I wanted via telephone. I was super disappointed when I picked it up. However, I was treated with respect and they offered to let me pick ribbon and flowers & made me a new, perfect one. Mistakes happen, but they were quick to fix it. Thank you!! Very friendly people and a clean, well kept store. Btw, this was the first time in years I've ever had an issue. They are usually perfect!! My entire family uses this florist. (Update:) The exact scenerio happened a 2nd time. I switched florists simply because it led me to believe if you don't speak up, you will get less than you pay for. I just want to get what I order and pay for the first time.
