Very disappointed with this company. I usually will never write anything negative about a small business but I am so upset with the way things were (not) handled with this company. My children ordered me a $70 arrangement for Mother’s Day, when I came home from work the arrangement was laying on its side on my front porch with all the water drained out of it. (Not sure how long it was like that as I was at work all day). The lack of flowers was another disappointment. ( I have pictures that I would like to post of what they paid for and what I received). When I called the shop with my complaint and request to make a partial refund to my daughters charge card. They said they couldn’t do that. Very very bad customer service. I will never order from this shop again. Rating a one star is lucky for them. It should be zero stars.

Don't order from them my nephew ordered is mom flowers for mothers day 2WEEKS in advance and she didn't get them said they ran out of flowers REALLY YOU HAD 2WEEKS they told her they wouldn't be ready till the next Thursday or Friday what JOKE and guess what she NEVER got them said they could not do the order.Pluse they BLOCKED her from there Facebook page because she gave them a bad review .

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was to get mothers day flowers from my son on the Monday after. Called him and said they did not have enough flowers ud83dude02 told him they would deliver Thursday, today. They called him again today and said they could not fulfill the order
