I took my senior cat after his health began rapidly declining. Everyone on staff was wonderful, and they were affectionate and gentle with my cat - unfortunately, it turns out my buddy didn't have much time left, and the doctor was incredibly honest, open, and caring when discussing our options w/ euthanasia. She put him to rest and was extremely considerate of us and him the whole way through. I cannot thank DT enough for making such an emotionally devastating time so easy on everyone involved, including my cat.
Was able to get my 5 y/o GSD in same day due to a recent cancellation for a rabies vaccine. Reaver Dawn had the best visit and made new friends. You Rock!!!
The environment and service at desert trails is welcoming and professional. I appreciated how well she treats her staff and invites their input. I wish desert trails years of success.
Dr. Katie and Shay are the ones I mostly deal with and they are both amazing! You can always tell when a vet cares about the animal more than the money involved which is why I love coming here.
