Great customer service.! The first arrangement we didnt like and they fixed it! Came out beautiful!!! It was for my moms birthday and it was last minute. Thank you my mom loved them!!!

They were wonderful when I needed to send my mom something for mothers day. It's hard when you live far away. I was thrilled with their services and will be using them again.

Horrible place!! The owner is an awful person. I spent $170 for prom flowers that they presented as a very small bouquet. The one I ordered and paid for 3 weeks in advance was supposed to have over a dozen roses and huge white lillies the lady who was there tried her best and remade the bouquet 3 times. I was there for over 3 hours waiting. I finally ended up with a bouquet that was half real and half take Flowers because they didn't order enough. The girl who helped me said that my money should be refunded. She felt bad but Pam The owner said since I took the bouquet she wouldn't do anything. Not sure how it ended up my fault when I ordered and paid 3 weeks before. Poor ownership. They lost our business completely and forever. And. I tell anyone who will listen. We now deal with giant eagle for our flowers. Marty is amazing !

I wish I could leave a full review on the actually flowers provided from this florist, but I didn't even get the order completed because of the rudeness of the employee on the phone!! I have never ordered from here before and she had asked to see if I had ordered and I assumed she was looking up my information, without telling me that she needed additional information she got very short and rude like I was the idiot because she could not explain herself properly. You can not work for a business without customer service skills. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I hope the owner of this store is able to resolve this and get a better person to answer their phones.
