Boise House of Flowers

I ordered my mom flowers for her birthday. What she received looked nothing like what I ordered. I could have picked up cheap flowers at the grocery store and saved myself a 100 bucks. Very disappointing.

Flowers make people happy!! And BHOF does just that for me!! Their owners and staff are true artists and create the most unique floral arrangements. What impresses me the most is the dedication to being part of the community by inviting fellow artists into their shop and showcasing their work.

I live in AZ, but my daughter recently relocated to Boise this past June. I like to surprise her with a care package or flowers once in awhile and to help brighten her day. I've used Boise House of Flowers twice when ordering flowers online to be delivered to my daughter's place of work. Both times, Boise House of Flowers have delivered quickly and the flowers were beautiful. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for a sick friend, but the arrangement that was delivered didn't look like the picture on the website, so I contacted them with my concern. The owner Laura went the extra mile to make things right for me, even recreating the arrangement and sending me a picture before re-delivering it. The recreated arrangement was incredibly beautiful. How a business handles situations like these says a lot about them, and I left impressed and satisfied.

I love this shop. I use them for my office, and they have always been helpful and wonderful. The flowers are always beautiful. They go above and beyond. They are reasonably priced as well. Great Florist!
