I am extremely upset with Austin. My grandfather passed away yesterday and we called him 3 times and begged to see my grandfather last night. Austin said he would try his best to make arrangements. Austin made no attempt whatsoever to do that. The man there with us today said that Austin never even mentioned that we wanted to come last night. I have the phone calls recorded begging and crying to him to please let me see my grandpa abd he said he couldn't be done. But the man today was there last night till 11 pm and said he would have been more than willing to let us come see him last night and that Austin made zero effort and never even mentioned we wanted to come in. This is unacceptable.
