The vet was fantastic. The only other person there that was obviously aware of her surroundings was a young lady named Ashley. She was super sweet and super professional. Before, I get into the next part, I will say that I’m not proud of how I handled the situation, but there’s only so much rudeness a person can take before they give it right back. The receptionist, Sarah was incredibly unprofessional. I do not care if you’re having a bad day, you’re stressed, or your boyfriend broke up with you, you do not direct your disgusting attitude or stress towards your patrons. I appreciate that you were trying to help me out by telling me about the big dogs inside. The way this woman proceeding to tell me “how she was gonna need to me to go right back to my car, and wait for a carrier” even giving me a roundabout with her finger in the most repugnant, and pointed tone of voice was a big no, no. There’s nothing wrong with the what you were telling me, it’s the delivery that really bugged me. The last straw was when I went up to the desk, while she was on the phone to ask her a question, and she scoffed as she told the person on the other line that she had to call them back, her face reeked of annoyance. That clearly was a personal phone call, because if it wasn’t, I doubt that’s the way you would be talking to a patron, or at least I would hope not, then again, this receptionist does not know how to mind her p’s and q’s. She even went on to telling me that she should’ve just let my cat get killed. In front of the owner: Sherrie Hockett, who seemed unfazed by her behavior, dismissive of any of my grievances, and slightly rude herself. Telling me that her job is stressful doesn’t not excuse her behavior. I’m stressed too, honey. Everybody is stressed. She has no right to speak to people the way she did, and I was told that I’m not the only person that has had an issue with this woman’s attitude. I thought I was going crazy. Everyone that works there with the exception of one person are all permanent residents of the twilight zone. Honestly, if my spouse and I weren’t in desperate need of what we needed, and had more time to get it, we would’ve gone somewhere else. Again, the vet, Doctor Brandon DeVries was nice, professional and competent, but my over all experience in that clinic was just dreadful.

I am here to say I am very thankful for the vet that helped me and my guy take care of our cat . She was so sick that they told me no matter how much money I had it still could not save her. They were ever good in letting me be with her until she was gone. I want every one to know they took great care in making me and my cat feel the love they have for all. Thanks again to the doctor and staff. I will now be bringing all my other animals there.

Very caring. Excellent care given to my Mom's little dog that was bitten by a Great Dane. They were supportive to my Mom. Our little Peter B is now on the mend. They did excellent work on his wounds. He still is in the recovery process and I am very appreciative of all their great work!
