They were very affectionate with our dog during her crisis. I felt comfortable leaving her.

Although emergency vet service is expensive, sometimes it's necessary. The staff was very nice, my puppy had surgery, and is doing well.

Had to bring my dog in and explained before hand that I had the money but am unemployed so cost was a concern. The staff is very kind and compassionate, it came out to less than they initially quoted and even advicesd against getting x-rays unless it gets worse. My bulldog's doing much better and it was really nice to deal with a business that didn't try to jack the bill up as much as possible with unwarranted tests and procedures.

Long wait, several life and death cases came in while we were waiting. Because of covid there were no bathrooms in the area available. Bring a book or something to do if not life threatening emergency. I cut my poor dog while grooming him. Once they got him inside they got him taken care of quickly about half an hour maybe a bit faster. Not only did they close his wound but the finished grooming him removing all knots and tangles which was appreciated more than i can express as i will never use scissors on him again, probably would have been too afraid to finish brushing him. The staff treated both of us so kindly and tried to make me feel better for injuring my buddy. Cost was far less than i was preparing myself for. Very grateful for everyone that helped us last night.

Miriam made a special trip to meet me , and transfer a small owl for transport to Richland. I really appreciated the help.nBlue Mountain Wild Life
