Very busy but they took care us

If I can give this ten stars I would. Takes care of my kiddos. The staff and Doctor love what they do. Reasonably priced because they care for the animal and not the profit. They say if you do what you love you never have to work a day in your life

You pay for what you get. The accountant can't keep track of her records. I was told that I owned money on my account when I took in two stray dogs to see them. They sent me to collections. I asked them what day the charges were for and what dog and they told me. I went to my bank and was able to get a bank statement proving that I paid it. I gave them the statement and was told that they would contact me on a Friday. I waited and no one called me. I then called them on Monday and the front desk lady said that bill was another dog of mines right. I told her that it was suppose to for the other dog. They put me on the phone with the accountant which lied to me completely she told me that the person that told me it was for one of my dogs is new but I know for a fact she has been there for at least 5 years. I was then told that it was actually for two other dogs which they aren't sure which one. I told them that one of the dogs belong to me and I wanted the day so I can bring in another bank statement showing that I paid that as well. Make sure you pay with your debit card or you will get taken advantage. The front desk ladys are nice and the male vet is good. And yes they are the cheapest vet around but the accountant needs to learn to keep her books straight. Just found out now they are saying it is another dog that we had cremated there that I personally paid for my mom to get dogs ashes for Christmas. I bought a blanket and picture and the ashes as a Christmas present. The accountant is really bad. Keep your receipts and always pay with your debit card.

I have been taking my fur babies here for over 20 years. They have always been kind and very compassionate when I would have to send one over the rainbow bridge. They do not charge an arm and a leg for their services but still provide quality care. When I had to put my little Doofer dog down 2 years ago they were very sympathetic, answered all of my questions about cremation, gave me an imprint of his paw and did their best to have his ashes put into a red velvet bag as I had requested. A couple of days after he passed, I received a sympathy card from the clinic and I knew I would never take my babies anywhere else. The best in the valley as far as I'm concerned.

Thank God for this place. They take care of your pet with care and affordability.
