Alpine Animal Hospital

We have entrusted Alpine to care for our pets for 20 years. They are always professional and ensure we have a good understanding of any necessary procedures. Their costs are fair and appointments are always available within a few days. We’re always appreciative of their empathy while we grieve the loss of any of our pets. Alpine is doing a great job at safely making it possible for our pets’ needs to be taken care of during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alpine has devised a plan utilizing the recommendations of the CDC and I assume, The AVMA. The system works very well under the circumstances that we are facing in our daily lives. Our pets have all been patients of Alpine for many years. The staff has always been very understanding and compassionate with all of our animals and ourselves. I grew up working and living at a Veterinary Clinic in Walla Walla, where we had three rules. 1. ANIMALS always come first, no matter what. 2. TREAT every animal as if it was your own. 3. I brought in my two month old kitty Sammy for a vaccination. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Sammy was handled very gently. They also took care of his ear mites, I plan on bringing him in for any future pet needs.

I was pleased to receive an appointment quickly. Lesley put me at ease as she answered my questions. The cost was reasonable for a large dog and my Golden Retriever looked great when I picked him up. The only hiccup was the time for me to pick him up. I was told it would take 3 hours and he was not ready for 3 and a half hours longer than expected. The grooming was done as I had requested. I would have liked to have had a call about the disparity in pick up time.
