I want to say that although Daniel is my best friend, his hard work and effort show in everything that he does. The pride in his work shows in everything that leaves this shop. His assistant, Michael, does outstanding work too. I have never been disappointed in anything I have received or purchased from his store.
Dan and his team are wonderful! My wedding flowers were beyond my expectations- Dan was able to take a vague description of what I wanted my bouquet to look like and turn it into the bouquet of my dreams. If you’re looking for a personable, responsive, and flexible florist who will deliver beautiful work, Daniel Vaughn Designs is the way to go.
Working with Daniel was an absolute dream. In our first meeting he made a list of my likes and my dislikes and created a ceremony and reception that was unique to me. When Covid hit and we had to shift our date from May to October, Daniel stuck with us and reinvented what we had already created to adapt to a new venue. No detail was left undone. Every corner of space had a hidden surprise. The linens were perfect. He coordinated boutonieres for my girls to wear on their jean jackets that each matched their unique bouquets. Michael on his team created a beautiful tree draped with origami cranes that was a fan favorite with guests and the outdoor tent dripped with candlelight which made for a beautiful and romantic aesthetic - exactly what I had wanted. It was absolutely stunning! Daniel and his team listened to me, and in turn I trusted them to do what they do best. I would recommend Daniel Vaughn Designs to any bride!
Three years ago, I married by best friend. We had a gorgeous wedding in State College with a Mid-Century Modern theme to match us. Hiring Dan Vaughn to do the arrangements was one of our best decisions. From the start he was enthusiastic about the theme and worked with us to come up with amazing pieces. His suggestions and offerings matched our budget. Dan was a joy to work with and I look for ways to recommend him to anyone I hear is getting married.
Dan did flowers for my daughter's wedding and they were beyond beautiful. He and his staff are remarkable and I am so thankful that he was able to do the flowers for her happy occasion.
