My sister bought me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday that never came. She received a text saying they were delivered and was very disappointed when she called me and accidentally ruined the surprise. They told her over the phone that apparently they accidentally gave my flowers to someone else, and that they would redeliver them to me the next day.nnTo make a long story short, my flowers that were supposed to be delivered on the 19th, were not received until the 23rd! And the flowers they finally delivered we're all beat up, bruised, wilting, in a few of them were even broken and falling off! This is unacceptable!nnI'd highly recommend you find somewhere else to get flowers!
Placed a last minute order yesterday for a friend of mine who had lost a family member. Within two hours the delivery was made and looked beautiful! Very impressed with their customer service. If I ever need flowers again, I will 100% order from them again. Highly recommend!
Ordered 2 fresh flower bouquets for Mother’s Day. I didn’t want to go shopping for gifts right now so I was hoping this would be a good decision. It was. My mother was so happy with her flowers she couldn’t get done talking about how beautiful they were. Then my mother in law called me. She was also so happy. Ordered flowers for our anniversary, they were delivered on time and were very nice, I would use them again
Disappointed on the quality of the flowers. Looks like the arrangement was made days ago. Lillies and roses are pitiful. Carnations are fine though one was broken, probably by the delivery person. Would not recommend this business.
