I would never recommend this company for anyone's loved ones. My experience with Nan has been one of the worst. She took 2 phone calls and responded to at least 5-6 text messages while my sister and I were trying to make plans for our mother who had just passed away hours before. Her assistant walked into the meeting to tell her( in front of us ) that she made the pick up of my mom and she was in the car but there was not enough room in the cooler because there was already two bodies in there and they would have to do some moving around! It was a hot day. She later made plans with me to pick up my mothers ashes at the Castle Dale location- I waited all day for the call that finally came at 8 pm to tell me she forgot to call sooner and would be back the next day with them. When I came the next day to pick them up they had another funeral in service. I texted her and asked if she really expected me to interrupt that service-she said no she would meet me in the parking lot to pick up the ashes of my mother. And that is how I received them. In the parking lot like a shady drug deal. I hope no one ever has the same NAN experience I had.
Very friendly caring and helpful staff that run it and was very clean and quiet and very helpful with the planning and preparations of a funeral
