Just yesterday I got stiffed on a delivery from a well known edibles company. I frantically ordered a fruit and cheese arrangement from Kremp for delivery in just a few hours. Kremp came through and delivered the freshest, most beautiful fruit and cheese basket you can imagine! I am thankful every day that I can depend on these wonderful people!nKremp has never disappointed me! I have used them for at least 15 years, always ordering through their website.nMy orders are filled promptly and correctly! Kremp calls me with any questions or if they need to substitute something. And the finished product is even more beautiful than the picture on the website!!nThey deliver on time and their drivers are friendly and courteous. Kremp's staff is professional and polite. Could I ask for anything more?nThank you, Kremp, for the joy you have brought my family and me!

I ordered an arrangement online, for my uncle's funeral. I had some additional questions about the design and extra's, etc. I received an immediate response offering to help, from Chad Kremp, explaining everything I was looking for. The arrangement was beautiful when I picked it up. A very nice size with the ribbon I needed and a reasonable price for the size. My cousin loved it and displayed it in the front of the church next to my uncle's picture. Highly recommend Kremp Florist!

I ordered flowers and balloons for my daughter's 16th birthday because she was away from home on her birthday. I called 2 days before the delivery date to confirm the order - I just wanted to make sure she would feel special on her birthday. The delivery never happened. I called and they didn't even say sorry, just confirmed it didn't get delivered. I asked for a refund and they said someone who have to call me back. No one has called me back. If it's important your flowers/gifts arrive, don't use this company. Horrible experience.

Thank you Kremp Florist, Carol Ann and Ed for coming through for me once again for a VERY LAST minute funeral order. Carol Ann was so patient and nice to me when I called 3 TIMES to make changes to the order. Ed was so great for making this happen. I am very grateful.

Very frustrating! I order two baby gifts, over $100. I set a delivery date for a couple weeks away. When I contacted them on the week of the delivery, I was told it had never been delivered! They mentioned they were awaiting an address confirmation, but after only one email, they never tried to get into contact with me. If I had never reached out, I wonder if they would have ever told me?! And on top of everything, they requested an additional $48 to ensure delivery. No apologize, no empathy, no real customer service. Great looking gifts - but make sure you stay on top of them to actually deliver them!
