I bought a dove platter for a friend whose mom passed away. She was not at home the day of expected delivery because she was in New York making the arrangements I called the Lansdale location to see if we could re-route to new York the lady who answered the phone was not sure so she put me on hold and another lady picked up by the name of Gabrielle. She could not have been more rude saying we can not refund you I never mentioned one word about refunding me I just wanted to see what my options were. I decided just to wait till she is back from New York which is fine. I wouldn’t recommend the Lansdale location due to the way they handled the situation.
Edit: I didn't pay a premium for green strawberries. Dropping a further star. Maybe they can earn a better rating next time and I will update my review.nnLate. I selected one of the designated times for pickup from the website and placed my order. Here it is 45 minutes past the agreed upon pickup time. If you need longer than what was offered that's fine, don't offer that time then and at the very least give a call that it won't be ready at the agreed upon time.nnRemaining Stars for friendly staff
Beautiful basket and the fruit was delicious!!! Great customer service.
Ordered a fruit bouquet for a friend. Easy to order, delivery was on-time and she said it was beautiful and delicious!
They just need to change the website it says they open at 8 a.m. and really they don't open till 9
