I ordered an arrangement online for delivery the Saturday before Mother's day. They called and said they were too busy and couldn't deliver them until the following day (Mother's day). Cool. Then they didn't deliver them or call on Mother's day. And now, they are not even answering their phone (Monday) while open. Terrible customer service at this point which is quite sad, since I'd love to support them. Two stars because they're a small business - even though the order hasn't been filled - but buyer beware during any peak times.
Ordered sympathy flowers for delivery and they went over and beyond. My family was especially thankful for the thoughtful flowers that ChocoFlowers delivered. The bouquet was beautiful and delivery was impeccable. Thanks! Highly recommend.
Beautiful flowers and they went above and beyond to make sure that the recipient got them. I ordered them after the cut off for same day and she still went out to deliver them. The recipient wasn't home and she returned multiple times until someone was there in order to make sure the flowers weren't sitting out in the hot sun. Exceptional service and beautiful arrangements.
I’ve Been buying flowers here for a while and always loved the arrangements. During covid pandemic- I understand that a lot of floral shops are closed and have stopped supplying flowers, etc.nnBut this shop remained opened. My husband got me flowers from here since I mentioned several times I loved their arrangements. He told me the lady put together a bouquet from “scratch” essentially as they didn’t have all the flower options available at the time.nnHe paid a lot of money almost $100 for a giant bouquet of what appeared to be a very sloppy looking arrangement. I love flowers but the theme of this bouquet was TERRIBLE. it looked like a funeral arrangement. For some reason. It was horrible.nnI just hope they see this review- that if you don’t have the availability of flowers to create a beautiful arrangement to your customers- don’t charge this much money. Seems like the just slapped in some odd looking flowers and leaves and just gave a price up front. Very weird and I will never be returning here as they have lost my loyalty.nnThis seeemed extremely disappointing to me.
I did my wedding flowers with Chocoflower last winter. The owner, Ms. Bella was super friendly and helped us prepare very nice sets of baby’s breath for me to take with me to do a diy. However she helped me prepare them as well and was very kind of her to instruct me as to how to deal with them. She went over and beyond what I asked her. The quality of the flowers were superb. They were fresh and beautiful. They made my wedding night shine in a winter fairy theme. I would love to return to her shop to do any other events in the future. And I truly recommend anyone to give the shop a visit and do a business with her. She is an extraordinary person with such a passion for flowers! I would give her six stars if I could. But unfortunately I can only give five haha ud83dude06nnReceived a lot of compliments on my flower arch. Although I set it up diy with my family and friends, Ms. Bella was the one lended me the arch frame and advised me on how to work with it!
