Warrington, Pa location is definitely 5 star.nTaylor was very professional. She went over and beyond to make the process work out for me. From the beginning to the end Taylor was there for me. Communicated with me, when necessary. Patient. Great customer service. Not always easy to work with the public, as we all should know. Kudos to all at their location, as well.

I order an arrangement and added a cheesecake with a chocolate covered strawberry on top which was not delivered with said arrangement. I called explained the issue and the lady informed me they would deliver the next day, or I can get a refund I said I’d like it delivered and she said okay not a problem. Never got delivered I called and was told I was refunded because they are to busy to drop of a cheesecake... As if a 15 second phone call was to much for them to notify me of that. I’ll never use this location again.

Great service. Fruit I sent was really fresh and well displayed my friend told me. Very pleased with the person I had to deal with. She was very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely order from them again

A little frustrated with this location as we ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day and it did not arrive until 8:45 pm. We ordered a few days in advance, and we know that today is a busy day for Edible Arrangements and know delivery can sometimes be later on holidays. We checked the tracking status for delivery throughout the day and not until 4:30 it showed that they were “preparing the order” and then shortly after it said it was “on it’s way”. I received and email at 5:45pm saying it was delivered successfully and I checked with my dad to see if they received it (as it was supposed to be a surprise for my mom) and he said it was not there. I called the store many times throughout the day and no one answered. My mom then let me know that it was delivered at 8:45pm. We are just frustrated about the situation and that it said it was delivered hours ago. And the package we ordered was to include 3 Mother’s Day Balloons and they were not included! Not a big deal in the scheme of life and I’m fine if they didn’t have them but just letting us know would be helpful!

The Warrington location is really unreliable and unprofessional. The arrangement I ordered for my mother for her Birthday that was to be delivered on Friday never arrived. They never contacted me to inform me that they didn’t deliver the arrangement. Only after I called their location after several attempts because that’s another issue they don’t pick up calls, they only offered a partial refund then assured me delivery by 4pm Saturday and again they failed to deliver. No answer when I called their location, I had to go through corporate. I will never use this location ever for anything and I definitely will never recommend this location. Location and manager unreliable and unprofessional!!!! The rating would be zero stars for me but you can’t post without putting atleast one star.
