They’re just amazing! Very caring and responsive! The wait time on a holiday weekend is long but there are often many animals that need help so be considerate! And the communication with the doctors over the phone worked great given the “Covid situation” that you have to wait in the car!nDr Bailey is an excellent veterinarian! And the staff is very helpful! I felt my dog was in good hands there! Highly recommended!

I brought in my cat, Bernard, when he had a urinary blockage for the second time in a week. The vets and staff at Animal Emergency care were honest, helpful, and caring through the whole process. They were understanding of my financial situation and did their best to work with me, while ensuring that Bernard was getting the proper care he needed. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully and with Bernard's best interests at heart. I'm very thankful to them for taking care of my baby, he's now home and in recovery!

You never plan for an emergency so coming here starts with a lot of stress and anxiety. From the moment they picked up the phone to the time we drove home with our four-legged friend, the staff was cool, calm and completely wonderful. Explanation where thorough, fees were within our expectations and the quality of service was top-notch. Thank you and know you all are doing great work!

Superb animal care. Those are some of the worst moments when my cat can't tell me himself what's wrong with him so I rush him to the vet at 3 am. They always answer my questions with kindness and patience and every person has been so nice. My cat came home safe and sound because they really do take great care of our babies.
