I was in from out of town for the holiday and my dog swallowed some polyester 'fake snow' cotton. My sister (local to the clinic) provided the referral as they took great care of T-Bone when he had cancer. The staff was patient, responsive, caring, took the time to explain my options (again and again as it was a lot to take in at 1AM - 3AM when there, etc.). Highly recommend.
I brought my dog here after my vet had closed for the day. Dr. Richardson treated him and she was wonderful. I had to put him to sleep and she was very kind. They let me have as much time as I needed and they also made a paw print which they mailed to my house. They used Abbey Glen for cremation services and they were very nice as well. Our dog was back home in a week and they provided a very nice box for his ashes. The price was also reasonable.
I had to take my kitty here for some stitches. The staff was very professional and had very good bedside manner. The vet made me feel better about the situation. Took shorter than expected too. The price was reasonable as well for the emergency service received. I will definitely go back here if needed for my cats.
This Animal hospital is AMAZING! The Doctors and staff are GREAT, UNDERSTANDING! They also understand that money is sometimes an issue and go out of their way to help you with the bills, they truly care! They made my baby boy Simba feel better!
I'm so happy they are there. This us our 3 or 4th time after hours visit for an emergency.nThey treated Gizmo quickly, and professionally. Gizmo says Thank You!
