Good service
You are directed to call their number from their websites make an appointment page. So You call the number, to get an automated message that hangs up on you at the end- very rudely. The audio message mentioned the availability to text to notify arrival at the vet or an email address for anything else. So there’s an immense amount of gate keeping eliminating the ability to speak with someone directly which I can only imagine is in place to remove any scrutiny from further shady practices.nIf it’s about call volume- it’s just pure laziness on their part to put in the minimal effort. If they put in minimal effort with conversing with their clients how can you expect any other type of care but minimal for your animals?
They have a great system. Took good care of my dog. The doctor called and went over everything with me. Couldn't have been better/easier
Only place we take our pets, Dr Makewski and the Staff are great!
Caring attentive staff. Professional and caring doctors. Convenient open late for evening hours and weekends. Proven reliable. My dog loves them because they are caring and gentle.
