Northshore Veterinary Hospital

Really great place! Very knowledgeable and caring. We have been coming here for years. At first I was sceptical due to the cost compared to other vets. That quickly disappeared when I saw the level of care and love they put into there services. They have treated my family wonderfully through the years and just saved our beloved spirit of our family in our Husky mix. She needed emergency surgery and they did an AMAZING job and were COMPLETELY reasonable with the whole process. They even worked with me on the billing. Love you guys and thank so much for providing us a few more years with our girl Luna. THAT is truly priceless!

Northshore Vet has a very positive and competent staff! Our dogs gets excited when we pull in the parking lot, he knows he's going to get lots of treats and love! Dr. Kiffney is warm and knowledgeable.

Good folks. Know what they doing. A bit on $$$ side.

My pets have been going to Northshore for almost 2 years. Today, my cat, Howard, had an emergency. Vomiting, lethargic, eyes glassy, cold. I jumped in the car with Howard, ready to rush him to the vet. After getting out of my driveway, I called to say I was rushing Howard in, only to be told that there were no appointments available today. I was speaking with Jan, and told her it was an emergency, and explained Howards symptoms, and was again told they couldn't see him without an appointment. UNBELIEVABLE! The name of the facility is Northshore Animal HOSPITAL! I decided to head to the animal emergency facility. I called Northshore back to ask to have Howards records sent to animal emergency, so they would have them when we got there. When the other receptionist answered the phone (by this time I was too upset to catch her name), she said she would try to send Howards records in the next few hours. Again, I explained that Howard was crashing, and I needed his records sent right away. The receptionist said “0h, wow. Be rude, why don’t you”. REALLY ?!?! My cat was dying, my own vet wouldn’t see him, I had to drive another 20 minutes to get to animal emergency, and the receptionist is offended that I asked for my cats medical records to be sent to the emergency facility asap? The compassion and understanding of the front office staff is 100% NON-EXISTENT! What a horrible experience, on top of the medical issues my cat is going through!
