We have been going here since our dog was a puppy. Our dog just passed away a few days ago. We called here and even showed up to see if they would just look at our dog to let us know if there was hope or if we should say our doogbyes. We didn't want him to be suffering. My husband even showed the front desk a video of our dog to show how he was breathing really bad. The a swear we got back in return was oh that is bad but sorry the dr is in surgery and the next available appointment isn't until December. If you saw something like that you would think you'd let the Dr. know and get a call back saying I'll see your dog at the end of the day real quick. NOTHING. I don't care of your doubled booked or all your emergency slots are full. If someone shows you a video and explained how their dog is and just wants to know if the dog is suffering or if we have to say goodbye then you do all you can to make that happen. Clearly you don't care about pets. Luckily we got into Vestal which is over 1 hour away and they were happy to see our dog even though they were doubled book and didn't have time. They helped us say goodbye to our dog who was a service dog to my husband for 13 years who is a veteran. I WILL NOT BRING MY FUTURE ANIMALS HERE TO TOWANDA CREEK!!!!!

I cannot express how much I appreciate this place. I have yet to find a better vet anywhere I have moved since leaving Towanda. They genuinely care about their practice and patients and it shows in everything they do. There have been several occasions where they have gone above and beyond for me and my cats-- I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
