TRUST! It comes in many facets and variable clarity. Like a diamond. The brilliantly clear facets of Alburtis Animal Hospital are the folks at the desk, whom you deal with first, then the lab technicians, whom deal with your pets and you, then the Doctors, who will fix your pets as you'd like a friend to do. Then you leave what have become your friends as well as your pets friends, and knowing that they love and enjoy your pets as you yourself do. This is TRUST, and it's great!!!!
We have had the wonderful experience of receiving care for our pets through the years from Alburtis Animal Hospital! One of our pets has had multi surgical needs and care throughout his life, and we are so thankful to have the professional and caring staff of Alburtis Animal Hospital help us in his care and provide peace of mind. No matter how big or small, the staff is always available to answer questions and provide support when needed. Thank you AAH for all that you have done through the years!
The tech who has the German short-haired pointers delivered AWESOME customer service. She made such a fuss over our Vizsla, was kind and engaging and very efficient. We have 4 dogs and recently switched from a large veterinary practice that had over 30 vets to Alburtis Animal Hospital in hopes that we can build a relationship with 1 or 2 vets who get to know our dogs needs. So far it's been a great experience with Dr. Wegner. He is kind and does not seem to try and order unnecessary tests. Rates are very fair.
Dr. Smith has taken care of my cockapoo, Charlie, for over 15 years. The caring, compassionate, and dedicated staff are respectful, understanding, and always made Charlie and me feel comfortable. A few weeks ago I had to make the most difficult decision I've ever had to make. The time Dr. Smith spent on the phone with me, despite me being an emotional mess, was not rushed, was reinforcing and nonjudgmental. He helped me make the decision that it was time for me to let go of Charlie so that he could be pain free and at peace. Dr. Smith explained everything, step by step. Despite it being hard to swallow at the time, he helped me understand what would happen and allowed me to make my own informed decisions.nIf I ever find a place in my heart for another dog, Alburtis Animal Hospital will absolutely be my choice for care.
Very good vet in the Macungie, Alburtis Area. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Prices are reasonable and friendly people. This is my new Vet for my 2 year old Brittney Spaniel.
