They always answer their phone quickly and are able to get me the information/answers I need quickly. I also have a quick turnaround for appointment times and they treat my cat very well. I also highly recommend them during this pandemic as their COVID safety procedures are great!
Hands down the best Veterinary practice around. We have three dogs (all rescues) which means we’ve needed vet services in a multitude of areas. We have yet to discover an area where Silver Maple is not able to deliver top notch service, and are pretty sure such an area does not exist. Two out of our three dogs have serious separation anxiety and were in shelters for chunks of time. So a vet office where other dogs may be barking induces some serious nervousness. With COVID and not being able to go into the building, I’ve gotten to watch both dogs become independent doggos that don’t need me to walk them to the door anymore. I know that when they are inside they are being loved on, and petted by the techs. The pricing is also incredible. I never feel like we are being taken advantage of, or over sold. They provide what is needed in an affordable way.nnLOVE THEM!

Do not go here college students!! I took my kitten here about a month ago to get his second round of shots. I asked if they could also check inside his ears and let me know if they saw anything, assuming that would be apart of the routine checkup fee. They took my cat inside, and called me after 45 minutes saying that I owed them $230. They completely cleaned my cats ears without my asking, and also gave him a leukemia shot that he didn't need. My kitten was drowsy and out of it for about 2 days, and he ears stared bugging him again within the week! These people take advantage of college students, I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Very caring. My dog cut herself and Country Vet in New Tripoli could not find the time over a week to treat her! Silver Maple took her in that same day! I explained and they assured me they would always find a way to treat an injured pet. My kind of vet!
