The minute I walked in the door I felt at ease. It has to be one of the cleanest veterinary offices I've ever seen! If it weren't for shelves displaying specialty dog/cat food and all the photos of animals (which weren't the typical cheesy outdated photos like most vet offices) you wouldn't be able to tell you were at a Vet. They offer complimentary towels to drape over the carrier, the towels are infused with pheromones that are calming to cats. The staff is exceptionally friendly! I called to tell them I was going to be running roughly 20 minutes late due to accident traffic and they were polite and completely understanding (Which isn't always the case with other vets). They show genuine care to your animal and your pocket book. I had always heard they were really good with cats and am so happy I made the decision to take my pets there. They also have a great small animals vet.
