Outstanding customer service! Ordered a pink rose for my mom for her 50th wedding anniversary. We were a bit hesitant as its only a few days away and we wanted to ensure that it arrives on the day of. Instead of availing the free shipping I only picked ground. As my first order didn't push through, I emailed CS to make sure I won't have duplicate orders when I place the order again. Noah from Forever Rose didn't only made certain that the order is not duplicated, but also verified that the next order pushed through. Upon noticing my request of 7/11 delivery, he ensured that it would get there by changing shipping method to priority mail without me asking. I was really happy when I checked the tracking that it was indeed going to arrive on the date requested.nnTo top it off, my mom was very happy with the quality of the rose. Incredible quality and products. I have been giving these to my wife for our anniversaries since before we were married. We even had a part in wedding ceremony talking about the forever rose and the tradition we were starting then.
