I was able to get an appointment the next day. Dr. Tishman was very thorough and gave me a few options as to what I can do for my dog who has a laceration on his hind knee. He spent time with me, answered all my questions, and didn't rush me out the door.
Excellent staff great care given to our cat by Dr Tishman will definitely keep as her regular vet!
Not only was I yelled and screamed at over the phone for asking about my cats ashes, but I was also hung up on and had to repeatedly call back until I got an another answer from the same woman who again began yelling and screaming at me that my cats ashes were outside in the mailbox. This was entirely heartless and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I fully understand the circumstances of the pandemic, but this was completely unprofessional and no way to treat someone who has been going there for years and who just lost their best friend from cancer.
Our experience at Berks animal hospital was exceptional. Dr.Tishman and his assistant were helpful and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
