I spoke with the owner to order flowers and told her which arrangement I was ordering via her website. Ordered Twilight (pictured below - lavender arrangement) and updated arrangement from base to premium, requesting white roses to be added. The owner was very helpful and shared that she was waiting for her Fed Ex delivery of additional purple flowers but would deliver this later on Wednesday. Delivery came and what a disappointment! The arrangement delivered was nothing like the order and not attractive at all! I called today and spoke with Becky (not the owner) who agreed with me on the quality of the bouquet but would have the owner call me. The owner called me and was very argumentative, stating that the roses were purple and the arrangement looked exactly like the picture from her website. I asked for a replacement and suggested since they didn't have purples to move to fall colors. She agreed, wanted the other arrangement back (which is no problem as it is not attractive at all), and then continued to argue with me. I brought to her attention that it was a one-sided arrangement, and she said that was what I had ordered. How was I to know from the picture that it was one-sided? Who would order a vase of flowers and get it one-sided? I thanked her and said that I don't trust her abilities and would like a credit. She will pick up the other arrangement today! Very poor customer service and very argumentative! The owner should let Becky handle the arrangements and customer service for the store!

I ordered early Saturday morning and it arrived a few hours later. It was stunning! Made my daughters day!

You guys came thru! A little on the expensive side, but ya really cant put a price on smiles created by great customer service. Thank you to you and your great team.

Nice helpful staff! Very pretty arrangments! Prices could be a little better but it is worth it to see family responded from getting the lovely flowers!
