Excellent service all the way around. A stray 4-5 week old sick kitten wandered in my yard & after calling other local vets who could only see us in a week, Bethel Animal Clinic scheduled an appointment for the same day. We were seen immediately with no waiting room time upon our arrival & were given a full hour of care, with numerous follow-up phone calls from the vet to check on the kittens progress. Straight forward explanation of treatment and generously answered all my questions and prepared me for the worst case scenario. The kitten most likely wouldn’t have survived had I waited for the other vets to see us.
Don't believe I have ever been treated and talked to so rude and disrespectful as I did by the receptionist at this place. Thank you but no thank you! I will most definitely take my pets elsewhere. Not sure how these people still have a business going because they are no where near kind or compassionate!
A very caring and knowledgeable clinic. I have been to a lot of them over the years with all kind of pets and like this one the best.
The veterinarian that was in there was rude to us and our dogs. But her veterinary technicians were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and our dogs loved them
